Enter the phrase/name of the change experienced by the stakeholder. Outcomes should describe the change that has taken place by specific stakeholders. Avoid beginning titles with general terms, such as 'increase in' or 'change in' for clearer understanding.
NOTE: you will need at least a basic account to add new entries.
Outcome Name
Enter the change experienced by the stakeholder. The proposed protocol is to start with the change rather than words like increase in, more of, change in etc. Unless the outcome is general the title should specify the group of people or organisation.
