Unmoderated outcomes | Moderated outcomes | Complete outcomes (awaiting approval)
Outcomes are changes experienced by a group of stakeholders. They are changes that happen as a result of an activity and can be positive and negative. Outcomes are always part of a chain of events where an activity leads to an outcome which leads to another outcome and so on ad infinitum. A decision is required in order to ensure that there is a reasonable relationship between the activity and the outcome which is being managed or for which you are claiming responsibility. Go too far and this claim will not be credible. Not far enough and the outcome will be not be significant to the stakeholder.
More guidance on outcomes is available in the Guide to SROI. Additional guidance is also being developed and will be available here.
You can go ahead and add an outcome.
